We're Selective

To provide you with the highest level of service, we only work with a few select assignments at a time. This allows us to immerse our associates in the completion of your project. We don't accept every assignment. When you remit payment for services rendered, our personal fulfillment comes by knowing that our fee was rightly earned.

We only present a candidate to you after we have carefully evaluated them against customized search specifications.

We're Flexible

MRI of Kalamazoo offers three differentiated service options: Retainer, Engagement, and Contingency. A client's chosen service option is a function of each assignment's unique circumstances. The approach selected rests upon the client's particular need during project execution to include its requirements for urgency, selectivity, exclusivity; for the commitment of dedicated MRI of Kalamazoo associate resources; and for the inclusion of various profiling tools. Client selections determine the techniques used, and the amount of time, thoroughness and resources that MRI of Kalamazoo will devote to each project. They also influence candidate perception about client commitment and priorities. "Engagement" and "Retainer" solutions have become the most frequently chosen client options. Our associates will outline all of our differentiated options while helping you and your company to identify the choice best suited for your customized solution.
