Bio:
Rick has thirty-two years in the private sector and brings his focus to the construction, architectural, engineering and construction sales industry. He graduated with a Bachelors degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI His business experience with both large and small operations gives him a unique knowledge of relationships within a company and importance of understanding different company cultures. Finding out what's foremost to both the client and the candidate he makes matches that fit skill sets and personality with the company needs and their culture. Rick is an outgoing person who prides himself on building relationships. Spending time talking with both his clients and candidates enables Rick to feel very comfortable when the marriage between the two is finalized. He works nation wide with concentrated efforts within the Midwestern states.

He accomplishes this by first taking the time to examine and understand the clients needs and motivations and matching it by doing a through check and interpreting the prospective candidate's abilities. Rick feels that this enables him to build mutually strong relationships between both himself and his client's / candidate's thus solving not only the staffing need for the client, also enhancing the career of the candidate.
